App deployment

Build, deploy, and roll back applications with live logs and deployment history.

Codexa static hosting works out of the box: the build runs in the sandbox and the output is served at a subdomain. Every deployment is kept so you can roll back.

Deployment is a first-class part of the workflow rather than a separate product. The same snapshot that you previewed is what gets built, and the build log is stored with the deployment.

What you get

  • Codexa static hosting

Build in the sandbox, serve at <project>.<deploy-host> with history and rollback.

  • Build logs

The full build output is stored with each deployment for debugging.

  • Rollback

Promote any earlier successful deployment in one click.

  • Vercel adapter

Deploy to Vercel when the operator provides a token; otherwise the option shows as not configured.

  • Custom domains

CNAME instructions today; automated verification is planned.

  • Environment variables

Encrypted values are injected at build time; secrets are never shown in logs.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Choose a target

Codexa hosting (default) or Vercel (token required).

  2. Step 2: Build

The sandbox runs your build command from project settings.

  3. Step 3: Serve

Static output is published to your subdomain.

  4. Step 4: Roll back

Pick any earlier deployment from the history.

Limitations and requirements

  • Codexa hosting serves static output only. Server-side code must be deployed to your own infrastructure or to Vercel.
  • Deployments count against your plan's monthly limit (5 on Free). See pricing.
  • Custom domain verification and automatic TLS for custom domains are planned; today a CNAME points at your subdomain.
