1. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live). You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite to your workspaces.
2. The service
Codexa provides tools to generate, edit, run, and deploy software. Some capabilities depend on configuration by the operator of the instance (for example AI provider keys, GitHub OAuth, payment providers). We may change or discontinue features; roadmap items are not commitments.
3. Your content and code
You own the projects, prompts, and files you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, run, build, deploy, and display them to you and to those you share them with. Generated code is provided as-is; you are responsible for reviewing it before use.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may suspend projects or accounts that violate it, abuse the sandbox, or threaten the service.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Prices are shown in INR and USD excluding taxes. Usage limits are enforced per workspace. Refunds are handled under the refund policy. See pricing and the billing FAQ.
6. Third-party services
Integrations with GitHub, AI providers, payment providers, Vercel, email, and databases are subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms. On termination your data is handled per the data retention page.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
9. Governing law
Pending legal review
