Codexa for founders
Validate ideas with working software, not slides.
Turn a pitch into a clickable product you can show to users and investors, then hand the code to engineers without a rewrite.
A typical workflow
From concept to a demo you can put on a screen.
Step 1: Write the story
Describe the user and the three things they need to do.
Step 2: Generate a prototype
Codexa produces a working React or static project.
Step 3: Refine with feedback
Iterate in Build mode; snapshots let you compare versions.
Step 4: Share and deploy
Send a share link or publish to a subdomain.
Features that matter here
AI agent that edits real files
Plans, writes and edits project files, runs type-check and build in the sandbox, and repairs errors (bounded to two attempts). Requires an AI provider key configured by your operator.
Share links
Share a project for viewing or editing with an expiring link.
Codexa static hosting
Build in the sandbox and serve at a subdomain with deployment history and rollback. Vercel adapter available when a token is configured.
Snapshots and per-file diffs
A snapshot is taken before every AI run. Review what changed file by file and restore with one click.
Team workspaces
Owner, admin, editor and viewer roles with email invitations and activity history.
INR and USD billing
Pay in INR through Razorpay or in USD through Stripe; usage limits are enforced server-side.
Example project ideas
Starting prompts you can paste into Codexa. Each one maps to a starter template and produces real, editable code.
- A clickable onboarding flow for a fintech idea with mock data
- A two-sided booking prototype with calendar availability
- A customer feedback portal with upvotes
- A product landing page with a demo request form
Limitations to know about
- AI generation requires an Anthropic or OpenAI API key configured by the operator of your Codexa instance; without one the agent shows a "not configured" state.
- Generated code is a starting point. Review it like any other contribution before shipping to customers.
- Starter templates currently cover single-page React apps, static sites, and Node + Express APIs. Other stacks can be imported from GitHub but have not been tuned for the sandbox.
- A prototype built in Codexa is real code, but production hardening (load, security review, monitoring) is still your responsibility.
