Exporting your projects and account data, deleting projects, workspaces and your account, and what is retained.

Exporting a project
Project menu → Download produces a zip of the current files. Snapshots can be downloaded the same way from the History panel. Pushing to GitHub is another full export.
Exporting account data
Email privacy@codexa.app from the address on the account. We send a machine-readable export of profile, workspace memberships, project metadata, activity and billing records within the window stated in the privacy policy.
Deleting a project
Owners and admins can delete a project. It is soft-deleted and purged after the retention window in data retention.
Deleting a workspace
The owner can delete a team workspace after cancelling its subscription. All projects in it are deleted.
Deleting your account
Account settings → Delete account. Transfer ownership of any team workspaces first. The personal workspace and its projects are deleted; invoices are retained as required by law.
