Teams
Team workspaces, roles, invitations, member limits and ownership transfer.
On this page
Creating a team workspace
Workspace switcher → New workspace. Team workspaces are available on the Team plan (up to 10 members) and Enterprise.
Roles
Viewer (read), Editor (edit, run, deploy), Admin (members, integrations), Owner (billing, delete). Details in getting started.
Inviting someone
Workspace → Members → Invite with an email and role. The invitee gets an email and must sign in with that address. Invitations expire; resend from the same page.
Changing roles and removing members
Admins and owners change roles from the Members page. Removing a member revokes their access immediately; their past activity is kept in the log.
Transferring ownership
The current owner can promote an admin to owner; there is exactly one owner per workspace.
Working on the same file
Presence shows who has a file open. Simultaneous edits are not merged; the last save wins. Coordinate on shared files or use snapshots to recover.
